Frequently Asked Questions
How much will I pay per session?
Your payment amount depends on the insurance policy you have. If you decide you'd like to schedule an appointment, I will contact the insurance company prior to our session to verify this information so that there are no surprises regarding costs.
How long can I expect to be in therapy?
The answer to this depends on the issue(s) you are challenged with and your desired outcome. Some people attend therapy for a few sessions to receive support in dealing with a particular issue while others attend therapy for a longer period of time.
How long does each therapy session last?
Initial therapy sessions are between 50-55Â minutes while subsequent sessions are 45 minutes long.
Although the world is full of suffering, it is full also of the overcoming of it.
